1.3 Personalized or customized products, including frames with custom engravings or designs, are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

2.2 Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

2.3 You are responsible for packing the product securely to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.

2.4 You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

3. Inspection and Approval

3.1 Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

3.2 If the product is deemed eligible for return, we will process your exchange within 1 day from the date of receipt of the returned product.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

4.2 If the return is due to a product defect or error on our part, we will also reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
