📦 ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION

Q1. How do I place a custom order? It's simple — just 3 steps:

1. Choose your product and variant (frame color, background color) and complete checkout on our website.
2. After ordering, share your personalization details with us via WhatsApp, email, or our upload link — we'll send you the instructions right after purchase.
3. We design a preview, send it to you for approval, and only then print and ship. Nothing goes to print without your green light.

Q2. What details do I need to provide after ordering? It depends on the product, but generally you'll need to share:

• Name(s) to display on the frame
• Birth date / Special date to highlight on the calendar (month, year, and exact date)
• Your custom message or quote — as short or as long as you like
• Photos — 7 to 15 high-resolution images depending on the product
• Any special requests — changes to footer text, theme colour, occasion type, etc.

Q3. Can I see a design preview before the frame is printed? Yes — always, without exception. Our design team creates a digital mockup using your exact photos, name, date, and message, and sends it to you for approval. You can request as many changes as needed. We go to print only once you're 100% happy.

Q4. Can I change the name, message, or date after placing the order? Yes — as long as printing has not started. Once you receive the preview, that's your opportunity to make any changes. After you give final approval, changes may not be possible. Please review the preview carefully before confirming.

Q5. Can I change the footer text on the Bestie Birthday Frame? Absolutely. The "Happy Birthday Dear My Bestie" footer is fully customizable. You can change it to anything — "Happy Birthday Dear Sister," "Always & Forever," "My Person," "Love You Mom," or any text that feels right for your relationship and occasion.

Q6. Can these frames be made for occasions other than birthdays? Yes — all our calendar frames work beautifully for:

• Anniversaries (highlight the wedding or relationship date)
• Engagements & Weddings
• Graduations (highlight the graduation date)
• New Baby Arrivals (highlight the birth date)
• Friendships & Reunions
• Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, Diwali, Christmas

🖼️ PHOTOS & DESIGN

Q7. How many photos can I include? It depends on the product:

• Birthday Calendar Frame (Dreamcatcher / Bestie theme) — 7 to 10 photos
• 13-Photo Collage Frame — exactly 13 photos (1 large center + 12 surrounding)
• Multi-Occasion Calendar Frame — 10 to 15 photos

We'll confirm the exact number for your chosen product after you place your order.

Q8. What size and format should my photos be? For the best print quality, please share:

• Format: JPG or PNG
• Minimum size: 1MB per photo
• Recommended: 2MB+ for sharp, vivid prints
• Avoid: Screenshots, heavily filtered images, or photos cropped from small thumbnails

The higher the resolution, the better your final print will look. If you're unsure about a photo's quality, just send it — we'll let you know during the preview stage.

Q9. Can I choose which photo goes in the center of the 13-photo collage frame? Yes. You can specify exactly which photo goes in each slot — especially the large center position. Just number your photos (1 to 13) and tell us the placement you want, or simply mark the center photo clearly when you send them.

Q10. What if I don't have enough high-quality photos? Send what you have. Our design team will work with your photos and arrange them to look their best. If any photo is too low-resolution to print clearly, we'll flag it in your preview so you can replace it before we go to print.

Q11. Can I include black-and-white photos or mix them with colour photos? Yes. Black-and-white, sepia, and colour photos all work well. Mixing them can actually create a beautiful contrast, especially on black-background designs. Just send the photos as they are.

Q12. What frame and background options are available for the Birthday Bestie Frame? We offer 4 combinations for this design:

Q13. Which variant is the most popular? Our Black Frame + Black Background (Classic Dark) is the bestseller — the deep black background makes photos, gold text, and design elements pop with stunning contrast. The White Frame + White Background is popular for gifting to people with lighter or minimalist home decor.

Q14. What is the frame made of? All our frames are made from premium MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) — a high-quality synthetic wood material that is durable, smooth, and gives a clean finished look. The frame border is available in classic black or white depending on the variant you choose.

Q15. Is the print inside the frame glossy or matte? Our standard prints have a semi-gloss finish that makes colours vivid and photos sharp, while reducing heavy glare. If you have a specific preference (matte or high-gloss), please mention it when sharing your order details and we'll try to accommodate.

Q16. What size is the frame? Frame sizes vary by product. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page. If you need a specific size for a particular wall or gifting purpose, contact us before ordering and we'll advise the best option.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q17. How long does it take to receive my order?

• Design & production: 2–3 business days after you approve the preview
• Delivery across India: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Total estimated time: 5–8 business days from order date

If you need it urgently (e.g., for an upcoming birthday), please contact us before ordering so we can check if express processing is possible.

Q18. Do you ship across India? Yes — we ship to all cities and towns across India. Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote locations.

Q19. How is the frame packed for shipping? Every frame is carefully packed with protective bubble wrap and a rigid outer box to prevent damage during transit. We treat every order as if we're sending it to our own family.

Q20. What if my frame arrives damaged? If your frame arrives damaged due to transit, please:

1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately on receipt
2. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
3. We will arrange a replacement or refund — no questions asked

We take full responsibility for transit damage.

💰 PAYMENT & RETURNS

Q21. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods available on our Shopify store — UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. Cash on delivery may be available for select pin codes — check at checkout.

Q22. Can I get a refund or replacement? Since every frame is made-to-order with your personal photos and details, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we will always replace or refund in the following cases:

• Frame arrives damaged in transit
• Print quality is poor or defective
• Wrong personalization was printed due to an error on our side

This is why we send a design preview — once you approve it, we print exactly what you confirmed.

Q23. What if I made a spelling mistake in the details I sent? If the mistake is caught before printing starts, we'll correct it at no charge. If the frame has already been printed based on details you approved in the preview, a reprint may be chargeable. We strongly recommend reviewing all names, dates, and messages carefully in the preview before giving final approval.
