Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

RSK Creations – Photo Frames & Home Decor

At RSK Creations, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering premium-quality photo frames and home decor products with excellent service. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms related to returns, replacements, and refunds.


Returns

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a free return, replacement, or repair. Please contact our support team immediately with clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in proper condition along with original packaging, accessories, and invoice/order confirmation.

  • Customized or personalized photo frames are made specially for you, so they are not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Customers are requested to safely pack the product before pickup. Damage caused due to improper repacking may affect refund eligibility.

  • If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong item delivery, RSK Creations will bear the return shipping charges.

  • For non-defective returns (if accepted), shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected before approving the refund or exchange process.


Refunds & Exchanges

A. Refunds

  • After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds usually reflect within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If the returned item meets all return conditions, the full eligible amount will be refunded.


B. Exchanges

  • If you request an exchange, a replacement order will be processed once the original item passes inspection.

  • Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary depending on product availability and location.


C. Customized Orders

  • Personalized/customized products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or an error from our side.

  • In approved cases, RSK Creations will provide a correction, replacement, or partial/full refund after verification.


Replacements

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will arrange a free replacement or repair.

  • Customers may be asked to share photos/videos and retain the original packaging for verification purposes.

  • Replacement processing time may vary from a few days to 2 weeks, depending on stock availability and delivery location.

  • If any component or accessory is missing, we will arrange the required replacement at no extra cost.


Important Tips

  • Please record an unboxing video while opening your package. This helps us process damage or missing item claims faster.

  • Keep all communication records, invoices, and product images for reference.

  • Contact our support team as soon as you notice any issue to ensure eligibility under the return/replacement window.
