We currently deliver across:

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch

Customized Orders

  • Personalized or custom photo frame orders may require additional production time depending on design complexity

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Product size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or message

  • Tracking ID and courier details for real-time tracking

If you do not receive tracking information within a few business days, please contact our support team.

5. Delivery Information

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct

  • For high-value orders, OTP verification or signature may be required during delivery

  • Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the packaging and product

  • Our team will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable

Delivery Guidelines

  • Smooth delivery service is applicable for the first delivery attempt only

  • Additional delivery attempts may include extra charges

  • Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery

  • Please record an unboxing video for claims related to damage or missing items

Installation

Most photo frames and wall decor products from RSK Creations are easy to install and include:

  • Basic hanging accessories (where applicable)

  • Simple installation guidance

For larger wall decor setups or customized installations, customers may arrange local installation support if required.
